Show your roster. A heal block champ would be ideal.

Healing mitigation would be ideal if possible. As for combat technique, with No Retreat in general you want to learn to interrupt the heavy attacks mid animation. He throws a heavy, you want to dash back once to avoid the first hit, but immediately dash back in to interrupt him and counter attack to avoid the No Retreat. As for his specials, try to Parry or block the first part and only dex the last to then retaliate.

If you do not have access to healing mitigation, it will be hard, but can try to keep in mind he heals per hit landed. If you have dot champs this can help. As it will damage him without landing hits while its ticking. Despair Mastery can be used, but assuming you don't have it, Poison can also mitigate healing.

Sunspot and 3 points in despair means he won’t heal when he has 7 incinerates.

His healing can't be reversed or mitigated I remember. I used IMIW for easy heal blocks

I'm not sure how you found this post as it was nearly 2 years ago, but I'm happy to give you some advice.
    1. My biggest problem was I just absolutely hated fighting Sabertooth in general. Still do. Learning how to dex his specials is key.
    2. Like other people on this comment section said, heal block champ. Your Guilly 2099 has a Spectre debuff on sp2 which reduces regen rate by 120% so that should work.

I don't know what other champs you might have but anything with heal block should work nicely.

    Hope this helps!
