EQ bug - All opponents have 0 PI

I got through an EQ run on my alt account and when I got to the end everyone on the map was changed to 0 PI. I try to enter the boss fight but I got the indefinite loading screen. I had to end the quest to get it to fix itself. Unfortunately since I was at the boss I did waste all my energy getting there only to have to redo everything I just did (not a major issue on an alt account but if I was doing a harder quest and had used items I’d be pretty mad).
