I don’t know if my situation qualifies for this or not.
The week prior to the AQ mishap we were in advanced, we finished the AQ and were rewarded with moving up a tier. On the green arrow(tapping on it), it said we were moving up to expert tier. The week of the mishap we were still in advanced. This week was voided out by Kabam. The week after, we were in advanced...AGAIN!
