Side Quest bugged ?

Hello I 100% the first legendary quest and can’t go on. I seen someone say it’s one quest per week for this one ? I thought it was one chapter per week.. also when I checked epic and master and heroic they are now all 0% and I had 100% them all . Anyone I talk to has this issue as well
