Doc ock power lock broken?

Just has in AW, S1 P7, 1st node SS gain power while Doc Ock had the power lock on..

Practiced with Magik afterwards, power lock completely blocked SS power gain while mode change

Is Doc Ock bugged?

I'm assuming your doc is awakened. Once awakened it is no longer a power lock it is a power steal.

You hit ai they gain x power you drain 100% of that and steal (sig lvl %) of that power drain.

He loses his hyp or supreme or mordo helpfulness as soon as you awaken him.
