How to utilise Doom’s awaken ability at best?

When ask about whether Doom need dupe or not, most of the time the feedback was “for prestige”. So, under what conditions / fights do you think Doom’s sig ability work best?

Doom’s sig ability is:
Whenever Doom Nullifies a Power Gain Buff he receives one for himself, granting 20% of his max Power over 3 seconds.
If the Opponent isn’t already Shocked whenever Doom Nullifies any Buff, they have a X% chance to be inflicted with a Shock Debuff, dealing Y direct energy damage over 6 seconds.

Dev Note says: If Doom is fighting a champion who frequently gains Buffs such as Hyperion, Vision Aarkus or Medusa, players can strategically align Doom’s Stagger effects to instantly Nullify these Buffs as they activate. Which will in turn inflict a shock from Doom’s Signature Ability and allow him to immediately chain a Heavy into another Stagger.

Just spam heavies, but for this you need sig200

If sig 200, u can cheese resistor nodes by heavy spamming as it gives a shock debuff everytime a resistor buff is staggered.

The only time Doom sigs matter in my opinion is when he's Sig 1 and when he's sig 200. At sig 1 you get the nice power gain when nullifying one, and at sig 200 he can become an absolute cheese god in certain scenarios
(this ofc doesnt facor in prestige)
