Next tech 5/65

Currently have both warlock and Guardian at 5/65 I'm looking towards my next tech rank up, done variant 3 already and am looking towards help in act 6 and variant 7. Also would really like to try and focus on power control given I have a lot of immunity requirements already taken care off in my roster

If u want to focus on power control only then Vision is ur best option but he has extremely poor damage output so on average Act 6-7 level fights might take u about 200-300 hits with him, with close to 400 on bosses....but if u need power control then he cn get u through 1-2 tricky fights on some paths
Other than that Starky is probably the best option on this list but I don't see too much value in him in Acts 6 & 7, specially unduped
Dr. Octopus also has some power control abilities but it works against champs who have power gain abilities like Hyperion, Strange etc
I've heard Vulture also has some sort of power control but I'm not too familiar with him
Pun2099 also has some power control but I don't know how reliable he is & even his damage output isn't that great but it's still better than Vision
