Hercules Immortality

I have a 6* Hercules (duped sig 60). I tried him in Alliance War OffSeason. The problem is, that his Immortality didnt trigger six Times. Examples are Ultron node 25, Nova Node 37 and Doom (had no stagger) node 54 and against Modok Boss Node 52... is that a Bug or what did i wrong?

Assassin Mastery and other forms of AAR can prevent the Immortality from triggering. Immortality is also a buff for Hercules, so it can be nullified or reduced in its duration (I don't know what nodes are on those nodes because I don't play AW) ^_^
