What t5cc should I invest in

For skill I have only option and its a good one : shang chi
Bur for tech there are 3 good options (guardian ,ultron , g2099)
But for tech I also have 1 to 2 rankup gem
And I like ultron more than others
So it's either ultron or shang chi
