**UPDATES TO ENLISTMENT GIFTING EVENT:**
To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC. Game crashed while opening Greater Gifting Crystals, lost rewards

I was opening three Greater Gifting Crystals and the game started to lag and eventually timed out. When I reopened the game, the crystals were gone and there were no additional resources in my inventory. I don't have any extra gold, Crystal shards, catalysts or fragments, Awakening gems, champions, or anything else. So I lost out on three gifting crystals because of the connection issue. This happen to anyone else?
