6* rank 2

Which of these going to rank 2 would be the best investment? For context my current questing team is 6* rank 2 doom, human torch, Odin, spiderham (duped sig 178), 5*rank5 CGR(duped sig 20).

Currently on 6.2.1.

Any advice appreciated
