Bugs that have been around for a while plus the introduction of new bugs with every update seem to be far outpacing the fixes.
I have a simple solution...Stop releasing new content and characters until the game is stable again.
It's been said that character and content teams are separate from those that maintain the engine of the game.
However, we are at a critical tipping point where people are quitting the game or leaving alliances to play casually due to the increasing unit cost to overcome the bugs.
Ask each Kabam employee, regardless of which team they're on, one question - " Are you a developer?"
If yes, put them on the bug fix team. If no, give them a smartphone or tablet and have them test. Now you have just 2 teams Bug Fix team and Bug Test team.
No new champs, no new monthly event quest, nothing until you have a handle on the game stability.
