AW bleed immune nodes & electra/x-23

This has been bugging me for a while now but on a bleed immune node shouldn't x-23 gain cruelty buffs and Elektra's armor breaks? Neither works I've tested both.

Same issue happens on immune buff lane in AQ. If the champ is normally bleed immune, you get the alternate buff/debuff. If they are only immune because of the node, you don't get anything. It's annoying.
