Kabam didn't send me mine yearly stats of 2021

Hello guys! When I was checking my G-mail I found that MCOC send me a message, I found that they send mine yearly Progress Stats. It's amazing to see and know my progressin of whole year then I switched to my another gmail which has to be my main account of MCOC, There I didn't found that, actually I didn't even found promotional messages of MCOC. Can someone tell me why I didn't receiveing these messages? and what I can do to fix it?
