LOL unable to 100% (Stuck at 98%)

I’ve cleared every fight in LOL and still when I finished I was at 98%
So I went back in for like my 15th time and found what I thought was the missing 2%
But when I finished it still said I was at 98%
How is this possible? I’ve done every fight on the map and at this point I have to assume there’s something wrong with the game.
