Hercules immune to mephisto soul imprisonment?

I've seen this happen multiple times now. And it's arena, so no nodes to increase/decrease ability accuracy. Is hercules immune to soul imprisonment? He still gets the true strike buff

    Could be the infuriate messing with the offensive ability accuracy of his passive that prevents buffs

    Unless Hercules found a way to trigger the true sense while getting hit by mephisto, it's irrelevant whether or not he has infuriate
