What level do you need to reach to hold 4 t5b?

When gifting rank rewards come out my long time alt will have enough t5cc to r3 a champ. Currently have Venom at r2 and will be taking all cosmic. Problem is its lvl 52 and can only hold 3 t5b right now. Anyone know what lvl increases that cap? Don't plan to buy the sigil and after dropping a 50% XP boost and doing 6 or 7 lanes in act 4 I only went up about half a lvl.

    I'm pretty sure it's just 60. A lot of almost TB's have had this same issue.

    Thanks, was hoping it wouldn't be the case. The account really doesn't get a lot of action outside of auto playing so gonna have to do my best pushing it through act 4 and hope for the best.
