Punisher2099 bug vs tech symbiote

I want to report that when p99 enters overcharge mode against tech symbionts (map5 of AQ), he still gives them full power when he hits them. He is supposed to give 90% reduced power and in other fights it works fine. I have a video showing this happening if you want to contact me over email.

I am not aware of any tech symbiotic ability that would somehow stop p99 overcharge from working properly.

Edit: meant to say overdrive mode, the one where he hits 100 battery power. Not overcharge.
