Hawkeye bleeds broken

Just ranked 3 my Hawkeye and tested and with full synergy is now doing less damage then when he was r2 alone

Having the same issue. I was incredibly excited about Hawkeye’s rework, and after this update, his bleeds on L1 and L2 are roughly one third what they were prior to the update. They don’t seem to be scaling as critical bleeds at all.
