Is someone else not receiving the crystal shards? I'm not getting the fragments by advancing the eve

There is another person who is not receiving the crystal shards. of the event
defeat all mutants
use x-men
Despite the advances and having collected the fragments, they do not appear in my inventory.

Yeah I’m having the same problem I’ve tried uninstalling the game and everything nothing so far has worked
