Super Skrull's Doom synergy (still) useless

I was using Skrull for that awful cosmic node in Cav EQ and noticed that the Doctor Doom synergy (gain a vigilance buff for 15 seconds at the start of the fight), doesn't prevent him from missing while that vigilance is active. I already dislike that node and this does not help my lack of enjoyment of it in any way.
This has apparently been going on since he was released, and was first reported on here last june. About time it got resolved (or pass it on to the buff team and buff him properly instead)

    I honestly don't see a problem with that node, most cosmics can do it. If the cosmic doesn't have multiple biff I types like CMM, bring Odin prefight
