So, you are against your opponent, you pin him down with Doom SP2, he has little HP left, so you dont hesitate to use SP1 to KO him, because he has SP3 ready.
You mash button as fast as you can, and he uses SP3 before he gets even up. Understandable, AI reaction time and stuff.. Wait, what?
Yeah, that happened. Doesnt do much to Doom, but its pretty much AI behavior summed up. Idling to only catch you on parry if possible, perfect intercept with light attack, skipping frames when dashing forward, etc.
So here we are, for almost 3/4 YEAR after bugs began, and it isnt better, its actually worse. Wow.

    If I recall correctly, they’ve always been able to launch an sp before completely getting up. It’s why you don’t heavy chain when the opponent is above a bar of power

    Don’t actually think that’s correct. The special attack has invulnerability built in. So this is why you don’t heavy chain. But the sp3, you’re right. They’ve always been able to launch super fast.

    Today, IMIW evaded Venom's heavy chain in corner. Venom was always of those champs who had no problem with chaining, but it seems like not anymore.
