Two Captains, two buffs

With the Captain America VFX update with the January update, it created a lot of speculation (and triple the hope) that Captain America was finally going to get buffed and while I still hope that's a thing, if not, I decided to at least come up with buff concepts for both "World War 2" Captain America and what I'm dubbing "modern era" Captain America, hopefully this gives some ideas as to where they could go in the future.

Captain America (WWIl)

PASSIVE:
•Dr Erskine's super soldier serum makes Steve Rogers Immune to Fatigue and Nullify effects.

•An enhanced metabolism reduces poison duration by 50%.

Blocking:
•Successfully Parrying any projectile is treated as a Perfect Block.

•Successful Parrying of any basic hit inflicts disorientation on the opponent.

•Opponents attacking into a block suffer Fatigue (max stack 5).

Attacking:
•Intercepting an opponent's attack gives Cap a passive Fury buff, increasing attack by +500 lasting 10 seconds. (Max 2)

Heavy Attack:
•Charging a heavy activates a non stacking passive Fury granting +500 attack for 10 seconds and requires a 5 second cool down before reactivating.

(new heavy animation now shows Captain America bracing his Shield and charging into a straight tackle on to the opponent)

Sp1: now shows Captain America utilizing a Haymaker combo and ending with a shot from his sidearm, inflicting a non stacking bleed for 10 seconds.

[note: this version of Captain America was not fully aware of his abilities and relied on a more basic fighting style i.e. basic punches and kicks and was not opposed to using his Service issued sidearm.]

SP2: same as current with bleed lasting 10 seconds.

Sp3: same as current now with bleed lasting 10 seconds.

Updated Signature: The Star Spangled Man

•When Captain America is below 15% health, gain an Unstoppable buff lasting 7 Seconds.
•When the opponent is below 15% health all special attacks are Unblockable.

Captain America (Modern Era)

(Max 2)

•Charging a heavy activates a non stacking passive Fury granting +500 attack for 10 seconds and requires a 5 second cool down before reactivating.

(New basic hit animations show a more acrobatic Captain America utilizing a more tricking based combat Style.)

[Updated heavy attack animation now shows Steve slamming the shield into the ground, sending a kinetic wave into the ground.]

Sp1: new animation now shows Captain America jumping into a B twist and slamming his shield into the opponent's face knocking them down.

SP2: new animations show Captain America utilizing a grapple line and pulling his opponent face-first into his shield, slamming them, followed by the classic Shield throw.

Sp3: new animation now shows Captain America throwing his shield which ricochets off the back wall into the opponent's back sending them forward as Rogers launches into a flying kick.

Updated Signature: I can do this all day.

•Whenever Captain America gets knocked down, gain a passive regeneration buff healing +900 over 10 seconds. (Max 10)
•When Captain America would be knocked out by an attack, gain both an Immortality buff and a Fury buff, both lasting 5 seconds.

[As both versions of Captain America represent different periods of his life, each one is designed to showcase his evolution both in tactics and methodology while still delivering punishing blows to his opponents.]
