Collosus heavy attack

Hey peeps

Can I confirm that this has always been the case for collo heavy attack gaining fury

1) parry medium heavy = no fury
2) parry light heavy = fury

Is this because the moment the medium attack connects, the stun debuff runs out ? Or is this a bug?

The opponent has to be stunned when the first hit of his heavy makes contact to get the fury
