Which Mutant would be at the Top if they were a Different Class?

Havok has a lot of potential, only he is immune to his own debuff, massive burst and DOT, energy resistance, great against champs with specific counters, i.e. Korg, Magik, etc. Not sure which other class he could be but he'd probably be in the Top 5 of Tech or Mystic.
