Error in loading and gameplay in raids

A few minutes ago I was playing raids in Zone 5-1 and starting to enter the raid I had problems with loading, it took a long time to load, I restarted the game and when I enteted the map it appeared only halfway and it did not let me see my characters no move, restarted the game four more times and the same map error followed until my teammate abandoned the raid and I had no choice but to abandon the raid because my characters could never move.
