Damage hacks in Incursion nerfed?

I haven't played for a few months and when i last played you could get amazing damage in Incursion with hacks like Lightning Fists, Critical Rating and especially Critical Damage Rating no matter the champ. But now these hacks hardly seem to have any noticable impact on damage at all. Have they been nerfed down to nothing?

A while ago they added a bunch of power sting and degen hacks, so maybe it just watered down the pool of hacks.

These hacks have been readjusted; for example there is a chance to put shock ONLY on the last hit of your combo for lightning fists. Many have been altered. Best you read up before selecting them. Buff Cornucopia, Toxic Advance seem to be the better ones I remember (off the top of my mind).

To my knowledge, the crit rating and crit damage rating ones weren’t changed, but lightning fists and the one that gave incinerate were. They used to be a flat chance to apply those debuffs on every light or medium attack. Now there’s a chance to do so if you finish your combo with a light or medium.

I actually rarely go for the damage over time ones except for stuff like entropic shield (bleed on well-timed block). I don't feel like the return on picking those is necessarily the same as others.

Stacking hacks is really important e.g. entropic shield gives you bleeds, then the hack that converts bleeds to power stings, then hack that converts power stings to prowess. Get the prowess boost hack.

You can see how it makes your specials insanely powerful. Pair this with a champ like BWCV, not only does crazy damage, she can heal to full from nothing.

Other ones, hack that gives you armour up, hack that gives you stun on attacks when you have an armour up.

The bleed converting to power sting is great on its own with a heavy bleeder 3 power stings and they are sp3 special locked
