Still not getting 2* monster Crystal.

Anybody still facing the same issue? I have contacted the support team and still not received the Crystal.
P.s. it was a Google exclusive offer

I contacted support and they did send me that crystal.

They send me sony exclusive gift which includes that 2* useless crystal
But also 10k Battlechips and some health pots with energy refills
