Quicksilver, based on Kabam's concept

Abilities:
Always active
  • While time is slowed due to any of Quicksilver's abilities, he can still move at regular speed.
  • As a defender, Quicksilver cannot slow down time
  • Quicksilver's medium attacks and second light attack have 2 hits.
First ever 8 hit combo

Momentum - Max: 100
  • Quicksilver gains 25 Momentum when dashing forward or backward. Gain an additional 25 when a dash is immediately followed by a dash in the opposite direction.
  • Reduce the opponent's evade ability accuracy by up to 100% based on Momentum. Increase Quicksilver's evade ability accuracy by the same amount.
  • 50% chance when gaining Momentum to purify all slow and decelerate debuffs on Quicksilver.
  • Whenever Quicksilver is inflicted with a slow or decelerate effect, he loses 30 Momentum.
Note: Parry, dash back, dash forward, dash back, you're at full momentum. Barely an inconvenience.

Evade
  • 20% chance to consume 10 Momentum to evade incoming attacks.
  • As an attacker, Quicksilver instead consumes 15 Momentum and slows down time for 1.8 seconds.
  • When Quicksilver would be hit by an unblocked Special Attack hit, he consumes 20 Momentum to slow down time for 2 seconds. This only happens once per Special Attack.
Heavy Attacks
  • Refresh taunt debuffs. Cooldown: 9 seconds.
  • Consume 10 Momentum to increase combat power rate by 100% for 5 seconds.
Note: He's reliant on specials, so the heavy gives him a way to gain more power.

Special Attacks 1 and 2
  • As a defender, Quicksilver's special attacks are unblockable.
  • As an attacker, time is slowed for the defender during Quicksilver's special attacks. Tapping the light attack input just as Quicksilver lands a hit increases his ability accuracy by 100% and makes that hit unblockable.
Important note: Quicksilver moves at regular speed while time is slowed. That includes his specials. The opponent just won't move during QS's specials (and debuffs expire very slowly)

Special Attack 1 - Sweet Dreams (6 hits)
  • Consume 25 Momentum. Gain up to 125% Attack rating during this attack based on Momentum at the time of activation.
  • 50% chance per hit to inflict a physical vulnerabiltiy debuff, decreasing physical resistance by 250 for 12 seconds.
  • If the last hit is unblockable refresh all physical vulnerability debuffs and inflict a 12 second fragility debuff, decreasing block proficiency by 50% and increasing Quicksilver's critical damage rating by 570 while hitting the opponent.
Special Attack 2 - Couldn't see me coming? (8 hits)
  • Consume 50 Momentum. If 50 Momentum remains, become passively unblockable for this attack.
  • 100% chance to taunt the opponent, reducing attack rating by 35% and increasing the chance to activate a special attack by 75% for 18 seconds.
  • All unblockable hits inflict a 35% petrify debuff for 12 seconds.
Special Attack 3 - Time in a Bottle
  • Consume up to 100 Momentum to inflict a slow debuff for up to 45 seconds based on consumed Momentum.
  • Slow down time for 3 seconds.
  • As a defender, inflict a 6 second stun debuff.
Signature Ability - Need for more Speed
  • Pre-fight ability: When active, time is slowed for the duration of all the defender's special attacks at the cost of 20 Momentum. Can be used 3 - 6 times per Quest.
  • Quicksilver's combat power rate is increased by up to 15% - 90% based on Momentum
Don't use the prefight if the opponent's specials are easily dexable, you'll just bore yourself to death (and waste Momentum)!

    Love the right write up but if i have to do all of that just to make use of a champ i cant be bothered.
