Corvus Glaive SP2

I know this has been mentioned on occasion before - but is the power drain on CG’s SP2 broken?
Facing Nebula on mini-boss of AQ Map 4 and launched it when she was at max power and no drain… just a straight SP3 slap to the face.

There were a couple of power nodes in play, but nothing that stated she couldn’t be drained?

    What were the nodes? Also, did you have glaive’s immunity active?

    Think you have to push the defender to 3 bars during your sp 2 to get the power drain.
