ghost parry AI

hi
im not very good ghost player but new nodes in aw…so i have to play with her(1.9 2.9)
but this war a take a two times parry from my phase…as usual i was in phase took two hits and try to attact but defender gives me a parry suddenly… is it the new AI or im too slow in dash forvard?? can be the defender so fast?
pls ghost players is it normal?

I'd recommend not swiping forward when you go to retaliate. I've had this happen on sometimes when I try to use a medium. Not all the time but enough that I don't chance it in war anymore. Just use light to start your combo. I've never had it happen when I use a light. Hope this helps.
