BWDO able to evade Falcon with Lock-On

Tier 10 AW. Node 13 (masochism). I have Falcon, Warlock, and Quake on my attack team. She evaded an intercept and applied shock charges while lock on was up.
Didn't get it on video, nor could I reproduce it elsewhere. Tried practicing against my own BWDO with Falcon a couple times and had no problems.
I'm not sure if there's something in her kit or in the defender's masteries that allow for this, but I've never had any trouble using Falcon against BWDO in AW in the past.
