Champs moving off screen

It's happening again, was using quake in arena fighting cable an after cable used his sp3 I immediately used my sp2 an the camera stuck with the champs fight off screen.

Somehow it doesn't surprise me that this is still on going, it's been popping up here or there for years and still hasn't been fixed or addressed properly
