Vibranium is not magnetic..

How is it that Misty Knight is #metal, but other champs that have Vibranium in their suit/weapons are not? Killmonger, Black Panther(s), all Captain Americas etc. are just as much “metal” as Misty with their Vibranium bits and pieces. Yes, it says she has Antarctic Vibranium, but that’s just as non-magnetic as the Wakandan variety. I’m legitimately curious, so if there’s a reason I’m not seeing, please enlighten me.

Edit: All of this is in regards to the fact that the Magnetos will benefit from the #metal tag on her.

Hmm, as far as I'm aware Antarctic Vibranium is indeed non-magnetic as Wakandan Vibranium is. A potential exception is Vibranium alloys are sometimes vulnerable to Magneto's abilities, but I'm unaware of any reason to believe Misty Knight's arm contains other metals (Antarctic Vibranium would melt other metals.

The problem here is comic book physics has a lot of gaps. Antarctic Vibranium should be toxic to anyone who is in contact with it constantly, but apparently the way it is used for Misty Knight eliminates that problem. Maybe whatever is done to aleviate that problem also makes it magnetic (by combining it with other magnetic materials).

My guess: the designer just didn't think about it very carefully.
