Why is in game chat like McDonald icecream machine?

My current alliance is kinda passive and uses in game chat for communication. And like most of the times I can't see the chat at all. This occurs randomly, more like when chat is interested in showing it shows otherwise it doesn't.

    Posting Msgs in game chats, and game Friends PM's, became extremely bad this month too.

    Even if you haven’t been doing really anything in game since starting it, or even after rebooting device. Every msg seems to not appear for very long time, or have to restart game before you can see that your msgs got sent.

    Definitely changed since last month.

    Gets more annoying in incursion
