Hercules “Next Round On Me” synergy not working?

If this is not a bug can someone explain why it’s not working? Elsa is a #hero so her degen should be increased by the 15% synergy attack right? I placed fury on the team and her degen increased, so I assumed it should with synergy as well, but it hasn’t. It is 504 degen per tick with and withoht Hercules on the team.
