Looking for alliance to call home

Looking for alliance that does 5x5 as minimum in AQ and scores reasonably highly overall.
With the team I bring to AQ, for map 5, I can kill Dormammu and Rhino bosses.
Prestige is only 4395 at the moment but have 100k 5* shards ready to open in December so it will go up soon.
Looking for an alliance with good communication, good teamwork and great chat.
