6* Mutant awakening gem question?

Who to use gem on?
I am confused between Colossus, Prof X and Bishop. I am currently doing Act 7.2 exploration. Colossus is rank 3. I can awaken and rank 3 only one from Bishop and Prof to help in exploring 7.2 and 7.3

    Definitely Colossus if you use him a lot, the difference is super noticable. No more Sp1s to Ramp Up, just spam Sp2s constantly gaining more and more Armor.

    Oh I will say, unless you're currently opening 6 Star Featured Crystals. Cause if you manage to pull Kitty Pride she's easily one of the top 3 for AGs.
