FPS Bug

It's been this way for two patches now where my games fps stays at 30. So far the only way I have noticed to make my game run at a higher rate is by switching between 2 of my accounts then the game runs smoothly at 60(+)fps (I assume). When I boot the game up it loads up in 30fps and only way to change my fps is by switching between accounts. I am not sure if this is a known issue, but I assume it must be a bug. I am playing on Oppo A74 5G (Android)
