What’s the best approach for this challenge? Short path using only Medusa? Easy path using full team + team revives?

I did the long path. Do not do it. Check kt1
Suicides is a must. I'm fact I unlocked suicides just for this. In a perfect run with medusa you can deal 50% damage to an opponent on the short path.

Karnak helps a lot since his buff and is almost on par with medusa

Definitely rank up the whole squad and if you don’t have many team revives I’d recommend the cav monthly eq offer

40-50 singles(cuz it's free, if you can farm them) + 10-12 teams will cover it.
