Who to use 5* Generic Sig Stones on?

I have 100 generic sig stones saved up and trying to decide if i should use them or save them for duping Hyperion

I am tempted to use them all on blade to maximize his regen power.

Hyperion doesn't need a lot of levels to function like a god, blade on the other hand does. The more levels the more regen

I used some sig stones on him to see the difference and it looks like they just reduce the cost to regen but don't actually increase the value per second which is what i was hoping for.
