3k shards is 20% of a featured for me, really don't care about a random five star

20% chance of a 6* vs 3000 shards. I would go for the 3000 shards, since 5* are easier to come by at this point in my account, being a cavalier.

Am definitely going for the shards on my main, will consider going for the Mythic on my alt. Even if I miss the six star, it's still a guaranteed five star so it might be worth it.

depends on your account , for an average uncollected or starter cavalier mythic since you can get a guaranteed 5* and chance to 6* but for a experienced cav or tb shards for sure

Even if I was Uncollected I’d go for 3k 6* Shards as that is 30% of a 6*

The value kabam seems to put on mythic crystals is odd to me. People want to cut out rng as much as possible and these things are basically just 5* crystals with a side of false hope. Not too appealing to the majority from what I've seen. Hopefully kabam sees the data of who chooses what here and reevaluates their stance on the mythics.

Literally %90 of 5 stars are like full 4 stars at this point in the game so 275 6star is not gonna help my account. So shards i will take.

I think it’s worth the yolo on smaller accounts, but at this stage I only open basic 5* on my main rather than featured just because they’re cheaper and therefore more ISO and 6* shards

I’d say if you still use five stars at all then the mythic crystal isn’t a bad way to go, either option could be fine. Once you have progressed to only using six stars then the mythic crystal is a poor choice.

I got a 6* on my only other Mythic I’ve opened, but I’m going for featured now so I definitely am just gonna take the shards .

I agree that it’s a no brained to go for the guaranteed deal. That said, I always take the for sure and constantly pull 💩. Yea it guarantees me 3k 6* shards towards my next rocket raccoon.

I chose to gamble for all the milestones this month. 💩 either way, might as well see what it taste like when I super gamble.

Shards, no question. Every 6* I get, no matter how crappy (and I have quite a few), cuts down on Arena grind time.
