Ban using samsung s22

A player in my ally got 2 ban in 2 days using mcoc with the new Samsung s22.
Kabam said he was using third parties app.
He got the new phone 3 days ago, he got the ban with 2 accounts only playing the game.
How can be? Can you help me @Kabam Miike
Currently I have 2 players that cannot play aq8 in my alliance

Well that "player" you are referring to might be using third party app and probably didn't tell you.
