Yes, it’s supposed to be that way since ultron’s function evade is immune to aa reduction and slow is a aa reduction debuff. However since in the champion description ultron is immune to slow effects that means it shouldn’t be possible to place a slow on him.

This will become a problem if ultron is placed on evade nodes, like mix master. Slow will not be able to prevent his function evade but will be able to shut down mix master evade, which shouldn’t be happening.

Did it prevent evade? I just practiced on my 6* Ultron using She Hulk. She does apply the slow effect but he still evaded me.
