Kabam Support - Where is the support?

I contacted Kabam Support through issuing a ticket as I have not been able to login to the game in almost three weeks. I was just getting an automated response to my emails saying they awaiting information requested. After the second time this happened I replied once again with proof that I responded previously and never got any reply or assistance with regards to my issue. What is wrong with Kabam. Can someone assist or advise me further.
