Bugged War Compensation...

So I just had some alliance mates say they claimed their War Compensation for seasons 31 and got the shards but DID NOT get the T5CC crystals... I recorded my before stash of all crystals and then the after and while I got the 5k 6* Shards, I did not get x2 of the 25% T5CC. The image on the in-game mail was missing and the description was off w/ the technical in-game tag name.



When can we receive the compensation for the compensation...? 🧐

I'll post the video showing I didn't receive the T5CC later tonight/tomorrow.

    Yes, rebooted the game to try and troubleshoot. Recorded this as well... No T5CC.

    Ally mate said he got another mail... I just rebooted a 2nd time and I got another compensation in-game mail and it had the x2 25% T5CC which I claimed and it went to my stash as expected. Thanks Kabam - amazingly fast turn around an service 🤘🏼
