Not get an envelope

So yesterday I did get the envelope I thought it was crazy cool I told my brother about it and told him to check his mail to claim it but it was not there for him so I’m confused is it just for certain people or did he’s game just bug

    Where you claim and then go to the store and redeem it

    If you played MROC and linked the same ID as with MCOC, you receive that envelope.
