Immune champs still taking incinerate damage from Bishop

Why does some incinerate immune champions is still taking incinerate damage from Bishop? I used Vulture to fight Bishop and he is still taking damage from it. Vulture is supposed to be incinerate immune. There is also this one time I used incinerate immune (I don't remember who) and they got the damage as well. Is there anything about Bishop ability that go through immunity or is it just a bug?

Do you have pics?

With Vulture, you could easily have inflicted your own Incinerate on Bishop, by Dexing.

Then you're looking at incoming Overload damage.

False alarm! Well, it was the overload damage actually. I duel him a few times and find that out when I placed the incinerate on Bishop. I think because that one time the "grey incinerate icon" and the overload happened at the same time so I thought he take damage from incinerate. Thanks for pointing that out! @Magrailothos
