To all the Dr Voodoo's experts.

Why Doctor Voodoo can't place power leak debuff on SP2? I used him in Act 6 against Bishop and try to power leak him but it didn't work. Same thing happened in AW today against Hyperion. Is there anything that prevent this from happening? I'm 100% sure that I used Odd combo.

Yes. He is awakened (sig 120). Does he need the loa to actually get the power leak?

Yes, he need Loas to inflict Power Leak. He needs Loa for all of his abilities except special 3.

Pretty sure you need 3 loa for maximum benefit.

Sp1 poison you can replace any buffs on opponent
Sp2 only loa buffs can be replaced

Not to mention if you try odd combo sp you only have 50% chance to convert
