Path Non Completion

So I am working on act 6.3 100% and am a couple paths in. Last night I completed the Biohazard path of 6.3.1 only to wake up this morning and find out the path isn't actually completed. Is anyone else having issues with paths being completed but not actually counting or is it just me getting unlucky?
